Sepang: Post-race postcard

A brand new feature — showing you the highlights of each race in a fun collage. But what you won’t find here is much of the on-track action… Post-race postcard focuses not only on the racing, but the fun sights from in and around the track, sometimes without even mentioning the racing itself!

The collages are made purely of stills captured from the FOM world feed, but many of the moments you may not have paid attention to at the time.

So here’s the first instalment featuring gazebos, a totally gangsta-lookin’ Adrian Newey, Jean-Éric Vergne looking like a cute kitteh peeking from behind an umbrella, the moment HRT gave Pedro de la Rosa a penalty, an exuberant Sergio Perez, a sobbing Andrea Stella, but most importantly, an unhappy bird. Obviously, he’s seen Heikki’s helmet and does not approve.

So, as the sun set on Sepang for another year, what did you find to be the most memorable moment of the 2012 Malaysia Grand Prix?
